Abstract Green building has aspects which one is referred to the energy efficiency. Energy consumption mainly due mechanical ventilation (MV) therefore it key The utilization of hybrid (HV) by incorporating natural (NV) into system potential save energy. Humid tropics high temperature and humidity causing uncomfortable thermal condition. It poses a challenge utilize systems in this climate effectively. This study examines HV humid tropical climates related research methods strategies applied. literature review was carried out on number papers Scopus based indexed investigated extensively associated with climates.
